Color Walk for Cancer
WHO: Neumann University’s Student Activities/Student Government and all active clubs at Neumann University.
WHAT: The Color Walk is an on-campus walk for all cancers in which walkers are encouraged to wear the color that nationally represents the cancer for which they are walking. This walk sponsors a student made scholarship at Neumann University for undergraduates that have lost their guardian to cancer. It is students giving to students.
WHEN: Sunday, April 28, 2013
Pep Rally: 9:45-10:45
WHERE: The Mirenda Center for Sport, Spirituality and Character Development at Neumann University.
WHY: This walk will lead to endowment of the first ever scholarship for undergraduates that was raised by current undergraduates in hope to help the peers who have lost a guardian to cancer.
*The Color Walk fee is $10 for Neumann faculty, staff and students and $15 for guests. Registration is held in the SAO (BMB 43) or online by clicking button at top of page.
